Chef Girolamo "Mo" Maniscalchi was born and raised in Alcamo, Sicily where the rich culinary heritage and vibrant food culture ignited his passion for cooking at a young age. Mo's pizzas are known for their perfect balance of crispness and chew, fresh ingredients and flavor combinations.
